Click on the individual links below to view the documents available for comment. Then please submit your comments for the document using the associated input form. Please reference the old text and the new text you would like to submit in its place. You can submit multiple comments, but please submit only one comment per document section.
Each box of the feedback form must contain text in order to register your comment. If you wish to have text added or deleted from the document and don't need to use each box, simply type N/A in the box you need to leave blank. Each box must have contents in order for your comment to register. As soon as you submit your comment, a link to your comment will appear above the comment box.
If you wish to be contacted regarding the outcome of your comment, you must be logged in to the site before you leave your comment, or alternatively, you must leave your complete contact information below your comment in the Proposed Text box.

Instructions to Submit Comments
- If you have an existing username and password to this site, login first, then return to this page.
- Click the name of the documents below to read and review each.
- In the Page Number/Section box, indicate which document and document section you wish to review.
- In the Original Text box, copy and paste the section of text you'd like to see changed.
- In the Proposed Text box, type the new text you'd like to see, or submit a comment on the text in the Original Text section.
- Type N/A in any box you wish to leave blank.
- Click the Submit Comment button.
- Repeat for each comment you wish to leave.
