The hotel for the next In-Plant Working Group meeting on Friday, May 2 (8 am to 5 pm) will be the Radisson Hotel. This hotel is one of the hotel that APTA is using for the Bus and Paratransit Conference. Please call the hotel directly and let them know you need to book a room under the American Public Transportation block rate. For those eligible for reimbursement, the Standards Program will pay for two nights at the hotel, May 1 and May 2, plus other standard travel expenses. Rental cars will not be approved for this meeting.
The conference hotel block ended. . Please email Jeff Hiott is you need a room and the hotel will not honor the group rate. Rooms can be cancelled up to 72 hours before arrival, so book now even if you are not sure you can make the meeting.
