Paratransit Call Center 

 

 

The Accessibility Policy and Planning Committee authorized a Paratransit Call Center Working Group to be formed to develop standards and or recommended practices to address issues relating to Paratransit Call Centers.  A working group has been set up with FTA participation to move this initiative forward.

Last Meeting:  April 10-11, 2008, Sacramento, CA

Next Meeting:  August 13 (8:30 to 4) - August 14 (8:30 to noon), Austin, TX (Veolia)

 

 

Membership is made up of a broad representation of transit system, contractors, representatives from the disability community and business members.  Anyone interested in helping to build industry standards for Paratransit Call Centers please contact:
